My name is Cyril Vander Ghinst, I am an IPI-certified estate agent (507579) and founder of Clé en Main.
More than just an agency, Clé en Main is a vision: that of a human, rigorous and transparent real estate agency, at the service of every project – whether it involves selling, buying, renting or rental management.
For more than 17 years, I have been passionately pursuing this profession in our beautiful regions of southern Namur and part of Hainaut, between Florennes, Gerpinnes, Mettet, Philippeville, Viroinval and the Eau d'Heure lakes.
I love these peaceful countryside areas and small towns where everyone knows each other, or almost everyone — where trust and proximity still mean something.

Being considered the “family estate agent” is, for me, the greatest recognition of my work.
I prioritise quality over quantity: each assignment is unique and receives my full attention.
That's why I choose not to take on too many cases, but to focus on your project, whether it's a sale, a rental or a property investment.

Independence reinforced by the strength of the MLS network
Many people think that an independent estate agent has fewer resources than a large agency.
This is not true.
To guarantee my clients the widest possible distribution of their listings, I am a member of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) network.

This means you benefit from both highly personalised support and maximum visibility, at no extra cost.
I remain convinced that collaboration between professionals, working exclusively for the client, is one of the greatest strengths of our profession.

A life journey rooted in curiosity and human connection
Curious by nature, I am interested in everything: people, nature, places, energies... and the connections that unite them all.
I read a lot, play several sports (padel, golf, cycling, hiking), and place great importance on my friendships and human encounters.
I have also been fortunate enough to travel and take several courses, including one in geobiology—the fascinating science that explores the interactions between humans and their environment.
This undoubtedly explains my unique approach to real estate: seeking not only to sell a property, but to bring together a place and a person.
